Our most recent addition was our short sale processing engine. This has been instrumental for those investors looking to purchase short sales. It is common knowledge the investor and real estate agents alike shy away from short sales due to the untimely manner in which lenders make sale decisions. That slow process has become non-existent with our technology. Now we can digitally submit you offer directly to lender and verify that they have reviewed and approved, denied or made a counter offered to you. Currently our time line is under 21 days from offer to acceptance.
